1. Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- Processing Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for order verification, quality checks, and packaging before dispatch. For custom/OEM orders with private labeling or fabric customization, processing time may be extended based on complexity.
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer three shipping options to meet different lead time and budget requirements for wholesale orders:

3. International Shipping & Customs
- Destination Coverage: We ship worldwide to most countries in North America, Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and other regions.
- Customs Duties & Taxes: In most cases, all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order. For some major developed countries in Europe and North America, we also offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, meaning we handle all customs clearance and taxes for you. Please contact our support team for details.
- Customs Documentation: We provide commercial invoices, packing lists, and all necessary documents to support smooth customs clearance.
4. Packaging
All yoga apparel orders are carefully packaged in poly bags and export-grade cartons to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. Custom packaging and private labeling options are available for OEM orders.
5. Delivery Issues
- If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and tracking details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- For damaged goods upon receipt, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund per our terms and conditions.
